Tom, | Order process has been basically seamless, but I am still awaiting delivery and having trouble with FedEx who are indicating delivery was not possible, although I was waiting within 1 metre of my phone all day. In spite of 40 minutes on phone with them and confirmed they have the correct address, they will only attempt delivery again tomorrow. I can wait again all day today, but tomorrow have a few essential errands, so not sure what to do about this and it has really soured me on the whole experience

I waited for the promised delivery, sitting at home for 2 days, and each time I received an SMS that the package could not be delivered, since I wasallegedly not at home. In the end, I picked up my package from DHL center in Los Angeles by myself. Lazy anddeceitful couriers gave me a lot trouble and loss of my time and trust.
