not happy I ordered 3 shadow boxes that I was going to give as Christmas presents. The quality of the frames themselves were fantastic, I was very happy with them. Unfortunately they sent the wrong foam core backing (I ordered black, but they sent white) so I had to spend another $16 on Amazon to purchase the correct colour. I tried to reach out to them via phone call numerous times, but nobody ever answered. I even left a voice mail and nobody got back to me. Overall, happy with frames, but hard to contact them if issues arise.

Cindy Augustine, Vancouver, BC | Received my frame today, and couldn’t have asked for a better job. It, by itself, is pretty much art. Took a couple of weeks longer than expected to arrive, but well worth the wait. Customer service was quick to respond to questions as well. Overall two thumbs up.
