I ordered a photo of my daughters edited in to Pop art and I am thrilled with the results. I must add that the person I was dealing with (Kathleen) was so patient and accommodating that I tried to look up her last name through your company website so I could send a personal thank you note to your office in Vancouver. Her demeanor was fantastic, despite my numerous requests for changes/additions, and the final result was a exactly what I had in mind. My order was shipped out today and I can\'t wait to see it. I just wanted to express my frustration with my order and service from last month. I ordered floating frames because I had some canvases I wanted to put between two pieces of glass to display and my online research showed that's what they were called. When my order arrived I was surprised to find that floating frames means something else on this website and of course I couldn't return them. So I was out $300. I also didn't receive all of the pieces to hang the other regular frames I had ordered and when I called, the woman on the phone didn't believe me at first and then never sent the supplies she promised. I bought them at Loews last week. I've worked with several online frame shops the last few years but this has been the worst experience.
