I'd like to tell you how grateful I am for what today's mail brought me: a package which contained not only the dark brown filler you offered to send me, but a replacement frame as well! That was very kind and thoughtful of you. Now that's what I call superb customer service!
Thank you for helping me. I was concerned and wasn't at all sure if I could make the problem frame look as good as the replacement looks, but I'll give it a try and I'll let you know how I make out. In the meantime, I can proceed with the project involving the original frames.

Anital, | THANKS! I ordered two enlargements from CanadaOnCanvas for a special showing I was having. When they arrived I noticed that one had a small scratch on it. When I contacted them about the problem, they not only agreed to reprint it for me, but sent it to me by FedEx at their cost so that I would get it in time for the show.
